If you would like to add a banner or link to us on your site or insert a clickable link to us or add a Bite My Worm banner in your email, here is how to do it. Highlight the code text with your mouse in the box of the banner or link you want below. Use Ctrl+X keys or right click on what you just highlighted and select 'cut' to 'cut' the text to your windows scratch pad. Then open your email program by clicking the 'Want to copy and email this...?' link we've provided below each box or open your text editor like note pad and click once where you want your cursor to be and then right click and select the 'paste' option or you can use the Ctrl+V keys to paste the text from your scratch pad to your text editor or email. Email this code to yourself or save the text editor file to your desktop or somewhere where you'll be able to find it later.
Later copy & paste the code from the email you sent to yourself or from the text editor file you saved and place it into your web page or send it to friends within your mime emails. To work properly as a clickable link, it must be placed in an html document or mime email between opening and closing html tags. Some mime email programs automatically place these tags when the email is sent.
i.e - <html> (Bite My Worm code here) </html>.
You can test the results by mailing yourself a finished copy of what you'll be mailing to your friends to see if the link or banner works when you click on it. The opening and closing html tags are not visible when viewing a mime email in a normal viewing mode, but if done properly, your mouse should turn into a pointed finger when your mouse is over the link or banner. If you are placing the banner or link into a web page, you probably already have experience creating clickable links.
